Mill House Framing Studio was founded in 1998 by professional artist, James Bartholomew, after struggling to find good quality frames at a reasonable price. Our advisers all have professional creative backgrounds (see the ABOUT page)) and many years of framing experience. As you might expect, artists are one of our core groups of customers and we are one of the main suppliers of picture framing and printing for artists in the North West.
We give all artists a 10% discount when we frame your own artwork and larger discounts can be negotiated for exhibitions.

Find a new market for your work with our giclee printing service.
Our fully in-house printing service for artists, offers gallery quality, digitally produced prints on demand. We use lightfast archival inks on paper or canvas and your prints can also be mounted and cello wrapped if required.
We produce your prints as and when you need them so there’s no big outlay and no unwanted stock. If you’re ready to introduce your work to a wider retail market, or if you just want to keep a print when an original piece sells, come and talk to us.
